IRCrES, the Research Institute on Sustainable Economic Growth of the National Research Council of Italy, was established on October 21^st 2014 through the merger of CERIS and the ISEM UOSs of Turin and Genoa. More on the evolution of the Institute’s organization here.

IRCrES, directed by Ms. Emanuela Reale, is part of the Department for human and social sciences and cultural heritage of the CNR.
