Project leader: Erica Rizziato

Activity:  DUS.AD010.005.001 / Organizational and local development and multidisciplinarity

This project deals with innovative approaches to sustainable and responsible organizational and local development within an overall systemic-complex view and with reference to the new competences needed to govern it, especially horizontal leadership, seen as an innovation in leadership culture.
These topics are developed by means of action research and action learning within a strongly multidisciplinary framework. A methodology for organizational and local development was elaborated and tested in previous years, i.e. training-development (formazione-sviluppo - FS), inspired by Adriano Olivetti’s experiences and European action learning approaches (2001-2014). In this project, the above methodology will be further elaborated, tested, and applied to various organizational and territorial contexts, with specific focus on the competences needed to operate in increasingly complex environments. Research-action topics: innovations in organizational learning and training, competences for development, placement, health and safety in the workplace and perception of risk, horizontal leadership for new forms of enterprise and territorial governance.
