Activity:  DUS.AD010.006.001 / Energy, environment, and technological innovation

Research on the topics of environment, energy, and technological innovation, aimed at achieving original analytical results and at developing knowledge which can prove useful to support public policies. The tools of applied economics are used as the basis to apply statistical-quantitative investigation methodologies and techniques for economic-environmental assessment.
Currently active projects: (i) partner of the international consortium ETC/WMGE (European Topic Centre on Waste and Materials in the Green Economy) (European Environment Agency), 2014-2018; (ii) FP7 'EMInInn - Environmental Macro-Indicators of Innovation', 2012-2015; (iii) Horizon 2020 ISAAC 'Increasing Social Awareness and ACceptance of biogas and biomethane', 2016-2019, in partnership with IIA-CNR, AzzeroCO2, Legambiente, CVB, CIB; (iv) 'Socio-economic assessment of natural disasters in Italy', supported by Fondazione Generali, in collaboration with IRPI-CNR, IDPA-CNR, INGV, SEEDS, 2013-2016; (v) INTEGRATE on innovations in sustainable construction, within the Framework Program between the CNR and the Lombardy Region, 2013-2015;(vi) ‘Intellectual property protection, skilled migration, and income inequality'
