Attraverso domande, scenari e sfide a squadre, esploreremo i fattori che favoriscono un invecchiamento sano e attivo: sicurezza nel mercato del lavoro, qualit\u00e0 e stabilit\u00e0 delle condizioni occupazionali, equilibrio vita-lavoro e il ruolo cruciale della cura (formale e informale), con attenzione agli impatti su famiglie, servizi e comunit\u00e0.
