{"id":8747,"date":"2025-07-22T07:55:03","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T05:55:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ircres.cnr.it\/?p=8747"},"modified":"2025-07-22T08:46:45","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T06:46:45","slug":"bilateral-project-visit-of-researchers-from-taiwan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ircres.cnr.it\/en\/bilateral-project-visit-of-researchers-from-taiwan\/","title":{"rendered":"Bilateral project &#8211; Visit of researchers from Taiwan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From 14 to 18 July, as part of the CNR-IRCRES project <em>\u201c<strong>Conservation and Restoration of Ecosystem Services for Promoting Biodiversity: A Critical Zone Perspective to Compare Italy and Taiwan Mountain Study Sites<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>, three research colleagues from Taiwan visited Italy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dr <strong>Herlin Chien<\/strong>, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (Taiwan);<\/li>\n<li>Prof <strong>(River) Jr-Chuan Huang<\/strong>, Department of Geography, National Taiwan University (Taiwan);<\/li>\n<li>Dr <strong>Chung-I Chen<\/strong>, Department of Forestry, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (Taiwan).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to a talk and the project\u2019s initial meeting held on Monday at CNR-IRCrES, the visitors toured the <strong>Gran Paradiso National Park<\/strong>, where they visited the project sites (Colle del Nivolet and Noaschetta) and local exhibitions curated by the Park.
