The presentation is divided in three parts: the first one recapitulates the history and the main characteristics of these schools; in the second part we try to answer to our questions; the third and last part suggests some proposals for further and more detailed studies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> Education, food, constituted power.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Cite this Article<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lupo, M. e Russo T.
