To perform this evaluation, a detailed analysis of all the phases of the implementation procedure and of the governance model adopted by Inail was necessary. The analysis shows a very performing governance of ISI calls. The main characteristic of this model is the capacity of evolving on the \u201clearning by experience\u201d paradigm.
