Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the 2020 experience, the festival \u201cMITO SettembreMusica\u201d returns for its second edition in times of pandemic. Despite the difficulties and limitations imposed by the health situation, the 2021 year\u2019s results testify once again how the strategic alliance between the two major cities in northern Italy can offer the public one of the most important classical music festivals on the European level. The study analyses the relationship between the festival and its audience by studying a sample of 1,367 spectators who attended at least one MITO 2021 concert. The results highlight the socio-demographic and cultural consumption profile, a set of motivations for attending, and the users\u2019 behavior and satisfaction.<\/p>\n
