Social Innovation

The research line includes studies that analyze processes of economic and social evolution that bring to satisfaction of social needs through the creation of new areas of cooperation and new paths of interpersonal relationships.

The interest is aimed at assessing the impact of social and economic transformation processes in various areas through qualitative and quantitative analyzes. The main aspects analyzed include:

  • cooperation between researchers, stakeholders and policy makers for the production of new knowledge and for its implementation at sectoral and territorial level
  • effects of innovative environmental protection actions
  • innovative approaches to education and training
  • new professional dynamics for highly skilled workers
  • transformation of socio-organizational contexts
  • processes of integration of migrants and inclusion of vulnerable groups
  • overcoming gender inequalities
  • development of life and soft skills with a multidimensional approach
