SHORT BIO

Three children, PhD in Agricultural, Forest and Environmental Sciences at the University of Turin, since 2000 she works at Cnr.
Expert in the primary sector, she investigates how the issue of sustainability affects the processes and transformations of the agri-food chain.
She uses qualitative research methods and has experience in transdisciplinary and participatory research.
Scientific manager of projects and collaborations, including international ones, she is also engaged in scientific dissemination and public engagement.
She is on the steering committee of the Weec Italia Network for environmental education and of the magazine “.eco l’educazione sostenibile”.

See her studies on:

• food choices for children, young people and the elderly in collective, school and health catering;
• economy of Italian wool from a circular economy perspective and enhancement of non-food supply chains;
• the role of research, communication and education for the sustainable intensification of agricultural production, fishing and aquaculture.
