SHORT BIO

Graduated in Foreign Languages and Literature, with a Master in Journalism at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, Alessia is a Media Relations Specialist and a professional journalist. Over the years, she has been actively involved in journalism, communication, and press office (international press review for the Italian Prime Minister's Office). Her action mainly focused on dissemination and communication activities of scientific research production with specific attention to the European projects. At IRCrES- CNR, she leads the dissemination and communication activities of RISIS, funded under Horizon 2020, implementing strategic communication plans, taking care of the creation of all products useful for promotion (social media and website management;  relation with international media; organization/chairing of events, and workshops), coordinating and implementing public relations among the project partners, international institutions and stakeholders. Communication in the digital and traditional media are her topics of study and research. She is author of three poetry books and her poems are included in various anthologies.
