SHORT BIO

Oriana Ippoliti is a technologist at IRCrES, the Research Institute for Sustainable Economic Growth of the National Research Council. She is Professor of Social Psychology at Guglielmo Marconi University (GMU) of Italy and managerial trainer and counselor for health and safety at work in accordance with the current legislation, and instructor of Mindfulness protocols.
Oriana got graduated in Sociology and has got a II level master in "Engineering for Public Administration". During her working carrier she took communication and human resources management courses at SDA Bocconi.
Her working experience at the National Research Council gave her the possibility to develop specific skills in management and observation of complex organizational systems. She has always showed a particular interest for socio-economic research, which she pursued as a goal and personal interest for social and collective growth and practical approach to change and development.
The research activity carried out at IRCRES was mainly focused on the following topics:
•    interpersonal and group relationships;
•    oppressive and persecutory conducts;
•    organizational development for wellbeing;
•    policy of safety at work, at school;
•    work-related stress and  technostress
•    development of "life skills" approach with the mindfulness and mediation benefits.
The Turano Foundation gave her the Mnemosine Award in 2019.
She is the Scientific Director of the collection of books for NeP Edition called "Human Rights, Safety and Labor Law" and the Member of the Scientific Committee of the collection of books  "Management & Business Communication" and "Stil-Mente".
