Online Workshop: Tools & Indicators for Coastal Wetland Restoration

On 19 February 2025 (10:00 – 13:00 CET), an online event will be dedicated to tools and indicators for coastal wetland restoration. The workshop is organised as part of the Horizon Europe RESTORE4Cs project. The event aims to enhance climate resilience across Europe by addressing key aspects of wetland restoration. Coastal wetlands are essential for climate mitigation, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable coastal management. Their restoration is crucial to achieving EU climate and biodiversity goals. The workshop will explore progress assessment through the EU Nature Restoration Law, the alignment of wetland restoration with EU policies, and the latest tools for ecosystem monitoring.
