Observatories

CNR-IRCrES has built the dataset ‘Banca Dati Imprese Italia’ (Enterprise Database Italy), which for each enterprise processes information on master data, activities, establishments, imports and exports (by country and product), employees (by age, gender, nationality, professional qualification), balance sheet data (financial and asset structure), financial ratings, certifications (ISO 9000 and ISO 14000), which can be supplemented with specific surveys collected at the level of territory or industrial sector. Among the sources used are the databases of ISTAT, AIDA and Accredia.

The tool makes it possible to manage specific ‘observatories’ on entrepreneurial behaviour and dynamics, integrating them with specific questionnaire surveys, as in the following cases:
