She is president and founder of a spin off CNR Company named IMO (International Institute for Human and Organization development) http://www.imoitaly.com
The company is based on a innovative methodology for human and organization development, the Methodology of horizontal leadership for integrated organizations, published in italian in 2020 and in english in 2024 (https://www.ircres.cnr.it/volume-toward-a-humanism-for-organizations-horizontal-leadership-and-consciousness/). She is responsible of the master on Horizontal leadership, which received the award “Adriano Olivetti” by the Italian National Association of trainers for the innovativation.
She is lectur at Antonianum Pontificia Università – Licenza specialistica in Ecologia integrale.
Since 2000 she is focused on action research and action learning about methodologies for organization and local development, innovation in training, placement and new competences of leadership for systemic change with a transdisciplinar approach. She was scientific responsible of several research and innovation international projects and was awarded by CNR as one of the top 500 classified in terms of funds from project activities as contract manager.
After the graduation in Demographic and Actuarial Statistical Science at Padua University, in 1988, she worked in a IT company, then was busy in technology transfer and innovation international research projects to connect companies and Universities. In that period she created a start up company to help SME export. In 1994 she worked as CNR-Irsig researcher in a project promoted by Giovanni Falcone at Ministery of Justice, to study the impact of the new Code of Penal Procedure and reniew statistics about juridical phenomena. She continued to work for the Ministery of Justice as consultant for statistcs improvement and organization development.
She published in books and articles the results of her work.
