Abstract

Research activities aimed at assessing the effectiveness of minimum environmental criteria applied in green public procurement and the related socio-economic effects. The project, which is related to the cooperation agreement signed between IIA-CNR and the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (Directorate General Circular Economy), will develop an analytical framework/methodology to assess the socio-economic impacts of minimum environmental criteria (MEC) both ex ante (in order to support the revision of existing MEC or the adoption of new ones) and ex post (based on surveys in key priority sectors).
