Abstract
The WLD project is an action research project for leadership development in Waldorf schools in 8 countries. The project was initiated by the IMO International Foundation and was funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ project. The project involves the coaching of schools by experts in action research and leadership in online meetings, workshops and the international conference. It is proposed to build an international community of school Directors to develop a type of leadership suitable for this type of school.
